• Do not own listed items
• Do not inspect goods
• Do not handle payments or any financial exchange
• Do not guarantee transactions
• We do not mediate transactions

We only provide the technology platform.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Use the Platform for lawful purposes

Business or corporate listings are not permitted at this time.

4. Account Registration & Verification

To post listings, users must:

• Register an account
• Verify their account via email or SMS (if enabled)

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

5. Listing Rules & Content Standards

Users must not post:

• Illegal goods
• Counterfeit items
• Stolen property
• Weapons or restricted goods
• Fraudulent or misleading listings
• Offensive, abusive, or unlawful content

Panteka reserves the right to:

• Remove listings without notice
• Suspend accounts
• Restrict access

At our sole discretion.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate
• You have the legal right to sell listed items
• You will not use the platform to defraud others

You are solely responsible for all listings you publish.

7. Payments & Transactions Disclaimer

Panteka does not:

• Act as escrow
• Process payments
• Guarantee buyer or seller performance

All transactions are conducted at the user’s own risk.

We strongly advise users to meet safely and verify items before payment.

8. No Warranty

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Accuracy of user content

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panteka Listings Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Financial loss
• Fraud
• Misrepresentation
• Failed transactions
• Damages arising from user interactions

This includes direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Panteka Listings Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, legal fees, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your listings
• Any dispute between you and another user

This clause protects the platform from being dragged into user disputes.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, design, branding, and software belong to Panteka Listings Ltd.

Users retain ownership of the content they post but grant Panteka a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute listings on the Platform.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts if users:

• Violate policies
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Post prohibited items
• Abuse the platform

We reserve this right without prior notice.

13. Privacy

Use of this Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes shall be subject to Nigerian courts.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
