Refund and Returns Policy

Platform Fees

If paid listing packages are offered:
• Fees are charged for platform visibility
• Fees are not payments for goods
• Payment covers listing exposure only

No Refund After Activation

Once a listing package is activated or a listing is published:

  • Fees are non-refundable
  • No refunds will be issued for change of mind

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 

 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Policy Violations

If a listing is removed due to violation:

  • No refund will be issued

Technical Errors

Refunds may only be considered not in cash but inform of listing /visibility  if:

  • A verified technical fault prevented listing publication
  • Payment was processed but service not delivered

Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Panteka Listings Ltd.

User-to-User Disputes

Panteka does not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.

Users are responsible for resolving transaction disputes directly.

Reporting Abuse

Users may report:

  • Fraudulent listings
  • Scams
  • Harassment
  • Policy violations

Reports will be reviewed internally.

Legal Cooperation

Panteka may cooperate with law enforcement authorities where legally required.
